ISO 50001-2018 is a classical management system standard which is not specifically sector-oriented and can be adopted by different organizations, from small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) to large industries. The energy management system influences organizational and technical procedures, as well as behavior patterns, in order to reduce the total operational energy consumption (thus also the energy required for the production), to use basic and additional materials economically and to continuously improve the energy efficiency in the company.

Green Energy Associates is a full-service Energy Audit and Solutions company. We perform a full diagnostic industrial energy audits as well as the implementation of the solutions with all of our in-house technicians. All of our diagnostic and solutions reports are presented to the owner after energy audit. In many organizations the management of utility costs has only recently become a significant priority. Considering that energy costs can make up as much as 25 percent of an organization’s overall operating budget – utility cost reductions, even the most modest ones, can significantly improve profitability.
